A one day deposit or valid major credit card is required.

A two day minimum stay is required on weekends during peak season and holidays.

A ten day cancellation period is required for a deposit to be refunded.

All rooms and common areas of the Bluestone Manor are non-smoking.

For stays longer than two nights:

Reservations: A 50% deposit by check must be received within one week to confirm the reservation which will be acknowledged by Email. The balance is due upon arrival and cash, check or credit cards are acceptable.

Cancellations must be made 15 days prior to the first night stay to be eligible for a refund. A 10% re-listing fee applies.

Cancellations less than 15 days will only be refunded if we re-rent the room. A 10% re-listing fee applies.
